Shipping Information
Because of the extensive product inventory that we maintain, we are able to fulfill the majority of orders within twenty-four hours. Within a reasonable amount of time, we will get in touch with you to provide you with an anticipated shipping date in the event that your order involves products that are not currently in stock. For same-day shipping, expedited orders must be received by three o’clock before the workday’s end. Please give us a call before placing your order if the shipment you are anticipating is time-sensitive so that we can verify that we will be able to fulfill your requirements. We will make every effort that is reasonable to commence shipment and arrange delivery as near as practicable to the date(s) that you have specified for completion of the delivery. On the other hand, we ask that you keep in mind that the dates we provide for delivery are simply estimates, and that shipments may be affected by variables that are beyond our control. We are unable to take responsibility for any shipping faults or delays that are caused by the carriers of the cargo. After an order has been sent to the shipment carrier by Printing Marketplaces, it is not possible to cancel or reschedule the order at any time.

All orders are shipped from Monday through Friday, with the exception of the days that are observed as holidays, which are as follows: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Free Shipping Offer Requirements
Requirements for Free Ground Shipping:
Proceed to check out For there to be eligibility, the order must be greater than or equal to $10,000.00.
Standard “Proceed to Checkout” is the only option that can be used for checkout.
To every location in Indonesia, free ground shipment is provided.
Orders that contain items that weigh more than 150 pounds will not be eligible for free shipment; you will be contacted with the freight charges prior to the order being fulfilled.
Only valid for purchases made via the internet.

Return Policy
Authorization is required for every return. Without prior authorization, items that are returned will not be accepted. The number for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) of the items. Returned items are required to be shipped with freight pre-paid and insured.

New Equipment Returns
Within thirty days of the date that the shipment was received, defective new equipment may be returned to us for warranty repair or exchange. Returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the conditions of the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the item after the thirty-day period has passed. A charge for repairs will be assessed for items that have failed to perform properly as a result of improper handling, electrical overload, or other factors.

The return of non-defective new equipment will be permitted within thirty days of the date on which the shipment was received, provided that the equipment is still in a new, re-sellable condition and includes the original manual(s), accessories, packaging material, and carton. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns in the event that the item is not in its original packing, there are missing accessories, the item is damaged, or there are evident signs of usage. The restocking cost could be as high as ten percent of the total purchase price. There are no returns accepted for special orders.

Customers from other countries are required to ship any returns to us with the freight and duty already paid. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any return freight charges that are associated with international shipments.

Used Equipment Returns
When we receive returned used equipment, we will conduct an evaluation of the units to determine whether or not the warranty covers the cost of repair or exchange options. Our written quotation and/or your Purchase Order will specify the length of time that the warranty will be in effect. We will either repair, replace, or reimburse the amount that was paid for the unit, depending on our discretion.

Except in the event that a prior right-of-refusal time has been agreed upon in writing with your Account Manager, non-defective used equipment will normally not be accepted for return.

Check Return Status
Email sales to inquire about the current status of a return. Make sure that your return and exchange number is included.

Package Tracking
Customers can track their orders that have been dispatched via air freight or sea freight by using the website of the courier service. You are going to require a tracking number. Sending an email with the order status and tracking information is another option.
